Evening Classes

A range of evening classes are provided at schools/centres in Kilkenny city and county. The courses on offer vary from centre to centre and range from short hobby/leisure courses to certificate and diploma courses. For the list of classes available you should contact each centre directly.

Class Days/Times

Classes are usually run for a two hour period (7.30 – 9.30pm), one night per week for 9 weeks. Certificate and Diploma courses normally run over a one to two year period and may run two nights per week. 13 participants are required before a class can begin.

Enrolment

Enrolment for classes takes place in mid-September and mid-January each year. Learners can join classes at the organised registration evening. Fees must be paid on enrolment night. Fees vary from course to course and are currently €90 for a 9 week hobby/leisure class.
