Evening Class Programme - Spring 2012
County Kilkenny VEC offers a range of evening classes at a network of VEC schools throughout the county. The programmes on offer combine a mixture of well established popular classes with a variety of new options to suit the different tastes of learners and vary from the academic to the practical. Details of the full range of classes for Spring 2012 is attached.
Preparation for Further Education/3rd Level
County Kilkenny VEC's Back to Education Initiative (BTEI) is now accepting applications from BTEI eligible applicants interested in participating on part-time FETAC accredited programmes due to commence in November 2011. Classes are FREE OF CHARGE to all participants in receipt of a Social Welfare payment and/or a Medical Card and/or signing for credits. Those not currently in the labour market (who were recently self-employed) will also be considered.

County Kilkenny VEC is pleased to announce that the BTEI has received an additional 99 places through the Jobs Initiative Fund. Places will be offered in the first instance to applicants in receipt of Job Seekers Allowance/Job Seekers Benefit.
